| Abstract: |
| 目的 了解四川省家禽家畜军团菌感染状况及主要型别。方法 用微量凝集试验(MAT)对四川省 2 3个地区 45个县市的鸡、鸭、鹅、猪、牛、羊、马、兔 8种家禽家畜进行嗜肺军团菌(Lp1～ 14型 )和米克达德军团菌 (Lm)的血清学调查。结果 家禽家畜中呈多型性感染并有其各自的优势菌型。各型抗体阳性率分别为 0.83 %～59.18%,合计阳性率为 5.09% ;家禽合计阳性率为7.73%,家畜合计阳性率为 4.25%。结论 四川省家禽家畜中存在广泛的军团菌感染,提示对家禽家畜和外环境进行军团菌的流行病学调查和监测,对防治人群患军团病具有一定意义。 |
