Abstract:
      目的 初步了解饮水中微囊藻毒素 (MC)对人体健康的影响。方法 采用横断面研究方法,在泰兴肝癌高发区两个不同饮水类型的学校里分别随机抽取 111名和 92名学生,对其进行调查,并采集静脉血,检测血清中乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染标志物及血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、γ 谷氨酰转移酶 (γ GT)、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)水平。按照HBV感染进行分层,比较两组人群血清三种酶学水平的差异。结果 两组人群三种酶学指标差异存在显著性 (P<0.0 1),暴露组高于对照组。结论 长期饮用有微囊藻毒素污染的水可能对肝脏有损害作用,引起血清中某些肝脏酶学指标的升高。
English Abstract:
      Objective To understand the effects of micr ocystin(MC) in drinking water on health of human beings. Methods In Taix ing,a cross-sectional study was conducted in two middle schools with differ ent types of drinking water, from which 111 and 92 students were randomly selected and investigated. Blood samples from all individuals were collected and tested for serum HBsAg, HBeAg, ant-i HBe, ant-i HBs, ant-i HBc w ith enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay and for serum alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ), C- glutamyltransferase ( C-GT ) and alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) contents by color imetr y. These levels of enzymes in sera were compar ed after the students w er e stratified acco rding to the status of HBV infection. Result With the ex clusion of the effect of HBV infection, thr ee enzymes levels in ser a betw een two groups of students show ed significant differ ences ( P < 0. 01), much hig her in ex posure group than those in control g roup. Conclusion MC w as possibly harmful to human beings in drinking w ater and induced the contents of some enzymes fr om the liv er of human beings to increase in sera.
