| Abstract: |
| 目的: 分析楔状缺损患病情况及其相关因素。方法: 对 493名机关干部使用Smith(TWI)磨损指数进行楔状缺损的患病情况调查。相关因素进行logistic回归分析。结果: 该组人群楔状缺损患病率 90.5 %，患牙率 30.5 %，患牙均 7.49颗。楔状缺损患病率和患病程度随年龄而增加；年龄、性别、偏侧咀嚼、每日刷牙两次和近中错牙合因素是楔状缺损形成和发展的危险因素。结论: 牙合应力疲劳及刷牙与楔状缺损的发生有关。 |
| English Abstract: |
| Objective: To investig ate and identify the possible clinical risk factors associated with the formation of wedge-shaped defects. Methods: Four hundred and ninety-three subjects were examined. The possible risk factors associated with wedg e-shaped defects were identified by logistic reg ression analysis. Results: The prev alence of wedge-shaped defects was observed 90.5% in this population. The prevalence and severity of wedge-shaped defects were found to be increasing with age. The correlation between age, sex, prefer red side for tooth chewing, brushing twice a day, malocclusion, the formation and severity of wedge-shaped defects were noted. Conclusion: Occlusal factors and tooth brushing have found related to the formation of wedge-shaped defects. |
