| 目的研究海洛因依赖者中EB病毒 (EBV)亚临床感染情况及EBV感染有关的因素。方法采用免疫酶法检测 312例海洛因依赖者和 42 1例正常体检人群血清中EBV病毒壳抗原(VCA)IgA抗体。结果海洛因依赖者中EBV感染者 99例 ,EBV感染率为 31.5 % ,正常体检人群中EBV感染者 3例 ,EBV感染率为 0 .7% ,不同年龄组海洛因依赖者间EBV感染率差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 5 ) ,且其吸毒时间与EBV感染率呈正相关 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,但吸毒方式、吸毒量及性别与EBV感染无明显相关。结论 海洛因依赖者EBV亚临床感染现象值得重视 ,其中EBV的高感染状况可能与多种因素有关 |

| ObjectiveTo study the subclinical EBV infection and related factors among heroin addicts. Methods Three hundred and twelve heroi addicts were tested for serum EBV VCA IgA antibody by immunoenzyme technigue population, four hundred and twenty one serum specimens from general were selected as control. Results Ninty nine heroin addicts ( 31.51 %) were found to be EBV positive. Three people from control group ( 0.7 %) were found to be EBV positive. EBV prevalence rates were significantly different among heroin addict groups according to a group ( P = 0.05 ), duration of addiction. However the dose and sex difference of heroin addicts was not associated with EBV infection rate. Conclusion The high infection rate of EBV in heroin addicts might be connected with different kinds of factors, hence worthy of supervising the subclinical EBV infection of heroin addicts. |
