Abstract:

鄱阳湖为我国第一大淡水湖,沿湖11个县(市、区)为我国最严重的血吸虫病流行区之一.由于这类疫区水位呈季节性变化,有螺面积辽阔,地理环境和流行因素复杂,人、畜同为传染源,故血吸虫病疫情长期得不到有效控制.为阐明地理环境对血吸虫病之传播影响,自20世纪80年代起,我们就此开展了系列研究,现将研究结果及论点综述于后.
