Abstract:

目的了解吸毒者的吸毒行为发生的场合、形式和性行为方式以及他们的行为意识。方法在某地戒毒所和社区招募 2 5名吸毒者,对每名吸毒者单独进行深入访谈,每人约 2～ 3h,了解吸毒者的吸毒行为和性行为情况及行为意识。结果多数吸毒者由口吸转为注射是为了减少经济负荷和寻求最高欣快感。少数不注射者自述其原因包括 :担心注射有害、过量致死、感染艾滋病。很多吸毒者知道艾滋病可以通过共用注射器和性交传播,但仍在夜间、人多而毒品不足或注射器不够的情况下共用注射器吸毒。吸毒者性乱普遍,女性吸毒者多数卖淫,发生性行为时很少使用安全套。结论吸毒人群中高危注射毒品行为和高危性行为很普遍,他们已经有了一定的艾滋病知识,单纯的预防艾滋病宣传教育效果有限。为了控制艾滋病在这一人群中的传播,必须采取其他更有针对性的干预措施.
