Abstract
:
目前认为, 酗酒与肝癌的发生存在3 种模式, 一是酒精引起肝硬化, 然后引起肝癌; 二是酒精本身作为一种致癌源和其他因素一起共同引起肝癌; 三是酒精性肝病的进展与其他肝癌危险因素有关, 如与HBV、HCV 感染密切相关。
