Purpose Objective to study the malaria spatial distribution characteristics of hainan province. Methods Methods to collect various cities (counties) of hainan province from 1995 to 1999, malaria incidence data with ArcGIS 8.1 software support, the establishment of hainan province malaria geographic information system, and on this basis, use of space local interpolation analysis to establish a malaria spatial distribution of hainan province, based on cross evaluation index selection unbiased optimal spatial distribution. Results The results of hainan province from 1995 to 1999 in malaria, according to the spatial distribution of malaria incidence was significantly higher than in the southern north;Southern region mainly concentrated in wuzhishan, zhao the ridge mountains as the center of the region, and the incidence of the eastern coastal is generally higher than that of the west coast. Cross evaluation indicators suggest that establish a malaria spatial distribution of hainan province is unbiased optimal estimation of the distribution of malaria in hainan province. Conclusion spatial local interpolation method can estimate the spatial distribution characteristics of hainan province, malaria, guide the implementation of the corresponding prevention measures. |
