Abstract:
      1.碘缺乏病流行情况:桑植县1979年对335 057人进行了地方性甲状腺病(地甲病)普查,发现地甲病4 434例,患病率为1.32%,其中在10%以上的有2个乡,在3%以上的有2个乡;1982年按照随机抽样方法对每个乡分别抽取一所中小学,共检查16 895人,查出地甲病615例,患病率为6.85%,其中甲状腺生理性肿大543例,肿大率为6.85%,病区扩大到16个乡镇;1985年对全县16个病区乡进行了普查,检查106 816人,查出甲状腺Ⅰ度以上肿大患者3 571例,患病率为3.34%,发现克汀患者121例,患病率为0.11%,对非病区的31个乡219 255人进行了普查,查出甲状腺Ⅰ度以上患者7 288例,患病率为3.32%,其中3%以上的有11个乡.1980~1983年对环境水样进行了含碘量测定,最高含碘为9.85 μg/L,最低含碘量为0.1 μg/L,73.6%的水样含碘量均低于正常标准.

      Epidemic situation: 1. The idd sangzhi county in 1979 to 335, including 057 people in the local thyropathy (a disease) census, some 4, 434 cases of a disease, the prevalence was 1.32%, among them in more than 10% of the township 2, in more than 3% of the township has 2;In 1982, according to the random sampling method to extract a primary and secondary schools each township, a total of 16, 895 people, found in 615 cases of a disease, the prevalence was 6.85%, with 543 cases thyroid physiologic enlargement, swelling rate was 6.85%, the ward expanded to 16 villages and towns;1985 census, for the county township 16 units to check 106, 816 people, found swollen thyroid Ⅰ degrees above 3, 571 cases of patients, the prevalence was 3.34%, found curtin 121 cases of patients, the prevalence was 0.11%, in the ward of 31 township 219, 255 people questioned in a survey, find out 7, 288 patients with thyroid Ⅰ degrees above, the prevalence was 3.32%, of which more than 3% of the 11 township. 1980 ~ 1983 has carried on the determination of iodine content in environmental water samples, the highest iodine 9.85 mu g/L, low iodine content of 0.1 mu g/L, 73.6% of the water iodine content below the normal standard.
