| Abstract: |
| 目的了解 2002年北京市生猪产品中克伦特罗污染状况。方法采用欧盟方法(EUR15 127 ENCy 2.3)对生猪样品进行检测,用酶联免疫吸附试验初筛,用GC MS进行确证。结果北京市 2002年共抽检 11个区 (县 )屠宰厂、冷库、批发市场的猪肝、猪肺、猪肉、猪肾和猪尿样品 1379份,检出克伦特罗阳性样品 185份,年平均检出率 13.4 %,呈逐月下降趋势 ;以猪肺检出率最高,为15.7%,猪尿和猪肝的检出率为 15.2 %和 14.0 %。结论北京市2 002年全年生猪产品中克伦特罗的检出率从 30.0 %下降到了 2.7%。 |
