Abstract:
      目的 探讨中国居民膳食中农药残留的变化趋势。方法 采用总膳食研究,通过对全国四个区域代表性混合食物样品的调查,了解各类食物样品中农药残留量 ;根据食物消费量,获得我国居民膳食农药残留摄入量,并与允许摄入量比较 ;对于污染的食物样品进一步溯源性分析。结果我国居民 000年每人每天膳食有机氯农药六六六 (HCH)总摄入量为 3.11μg,滴滴涕 (DDT)总摄入量不足FAO WHO农药残留联席会议 (2000 )提出的每日摄入耐受量 (PTDI) (0.01mg kgbw)的 1%。与 1990年相比,2000年我国居民从动物性食品中摄入的HCH有所增加,主要来自北方一区和南方二区水产类样品中林丹的污染。 2000年中国总膳食研究在谷类、蔬菜和水果三类食物的混合样品中均未检出有机磷农药残留。结论 我国居民2000年膳食农药残留摄入处于低水平,且有机磷农药的滥用现象得到了明显的改善。
English Abstract:
      Objectives To investigate the change of pesticide residues in Chinese dietary through analysis on results of the pesticide residues in the Chinese to tal diet study carried out the first in 1990.Methods Organochlorine,such as HCH and DDT of 9 groups and 15 org anophosphorus pesticide residuesof 3 groups in four regions o f China were determined by gas chromatog raphy-electron capture detector(GC-ECD)and g as chromatog raphy-flame photometric detector (GC-FPD)respectively.According to the amount of pesticide residues in various foods and the amount of food consumptio n in different areas,we calculated the amount ofdietary intake of pesticide residues, then compared with the acceptable daily intake (ADI)or pro visional tolerable daily intake (PTDI).The contaminanted samples were validated bygas chromatog raphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Results?Results show ed that the total dietary daily intake of HCH per person was decreasing from 5.04 μg in 1990 to 3.11 μg in 2000,where as the total dietary daily intake of DDT per person was decreasing from 20.47 μg in 1990 to 2.15 μg in 2000.The result was less than 1 percent difference of PTDI (0.01 mg kgbw)established by the Joint FAO WHO Meeting on Pesticide Residues(JMPR)in 2000.Compared to the results in 1990, the intake of HCH from animal foods increased a little,due to the contaminanted of aquatic pro ducts by Lindan in the second Southern region and the first Nor thern region.None of the organophosphous pesticide residues analyzed were detected in cereals,vegetables and fruits.Conclution The intake level of pesticide residues in Chinese dietary in 2000 was considered to below, and the abuse of organophosphous pesticide seemed to be under effective controll.
