Abstract:
      目的 初步评价中国部分地区关节炎患者的生活质量。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法获得关节炎患者 1344例,生活质量调查采用关节炎患者生活质量量表,填答方式为自填法。结果调查的关节炎患者中,各年龄组不同性别患者的生活质量得分差异均无显著性 (P>0.0 5 ) ;但其中 6 5岁以上女性、受教育年数较少者、月均收入较低者的生活质量得分均相对较差 ;丧偶或离婚者得分也较未婚和已婚者差 (t=9.310,P =0.001) ;无业者、农民的得分较其他所有职业者低 (P>0.05 ) ;在生理指标方面显示生理指标得分差者,生活质量得分也差,但对于压痛指数 2、3级者之间生活质量得分差异并无显著性 (平均差数为 4.910,P =0.76 5 ),对于关节肿胀指数 0、1级者之间 (平均差数为16.30 8,P =0.079)以及 2、3级者之间 (平均差数为 6.6 4 3,P =0.533)差异也无显著性。结论 关节炎患者整体生活质量的提高不仅有赖于医学水平的提高,还有赖于有关部门予以重视,并采取完善社会保障制度和农村医疗保障制度,提高农村教育水平,关注老年生活等有效措施。
English Abstract:
      Objective To evaluate the quality of life of arthritis patients in ChinaMethods Patients (n =1 344)w ere selected by stratified random sampling according to the economic conditions and the ranking of hospitals, and asked to complete the arthritic self-reported questionnaire of quality of life. Results The scores of quality of life were not different between male ar thritis and female arthritis in different age groups (P >0.05).The low er scores of quality of life were reported more often among thew omen older than 65 y ears.Tho se of lower educational level and lower income go t fewer sco res.Compared to the married and unmarried patients, the divorcees and those who were bereft of their spouses gained lowscores (t =9.310, P =0.001).Among different o ccupa tio n g roups, the labors and farmers also got lower scores than o thers (P <0.05).On the o ther hand, if the arthritis with better phy sical conditions, it w asmo re possible that the scores w ere higher, but to pressed pain index, there were no different scores shown between the seco nd and third g rade (mean difference =4.910, P =0.765), and to joint swell index, thereare no different scores between either the 0 and 1 g rade (mean difference =16.308, P =0.079)o r the 2 and 3 g rade (mean difference =6.643, P =0.533).Conclusion To improve the quality of life of all arthritis patients, enhancing the quality o f medical techno logy and enriching the medical know ledge are evidently necessary.However, it is also impor tant to prefect social security system, to improve the country educatio n and pay attention to life of elderly in order to improve the quality of life of all arthritis pa tients.
