Abstract:
      目的调查舟山渔场内主要经济鱼类中多种常见毒物含量水平,分析其与海洋环境污染状况之间的关系。方法对舟山渔场生产的主要经济鱼类进行采样、检测分析,综合同时期该海域的海洋环境监测相关资料,通过典型相关分析,评价海洋环境污染和经济鱼类体内毒物蓄积的相关性。结果舟山海域9种经济鱼类体内镍平均含量超过限量值1.177倍。1997-2003年7年间舟山渔场9种主要经济鱼类体内除部分鱼类中镉、汞外的其他毒物含量水平间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同鱼类对各种毒物的富集系数从101.80至71210.97不等。经济鱼类与海洋环境中铅、砷含量和六六六、滴滴涕含量两组变量间典型相关系数分别为0.784、0.808,两者存在典型正相关关系(χ2=20.994,P<0.01;χ2=38.017,P<0.01)。结论近年来舟山海域生产的经济鱼类体内除镍外其他毒物的卫生质量指数在正常范围内。不同鱼类对各毒物的富集作用不同,经济鱼类中的毒物含量与海洋环境中相应毒物浓度之间呈现中高度正相关。
English Abstract:
      Objective?? To investig ate the contents of po ison in fishes in the Zhoushan Fishery and to analysis its relat ionship with the deg ree of ocean pollution. Method?? Nine kinds of major fishes in the Zhoushan Fishery w er e sampled and tested. Canonical correlation was conducted to evaluate the correlation between contents of po ison in fishes and the degr ee of ocean pollution. Results ?? The aver ag e contents of nickel among 9 kinds of fishes ex ceeded normal value by 1. 177 times. No significantly statistical differences w ere found between the levels of poison contents in nine kinds o f majo r fishes during 1997 to 2003 in the Zhoushan Fisher y ( the P values are all less than 0. 05) , except that the levels of cadmium and hydr ar gyrum in some fishes ( the P values are all more than 0. 05) . The coefficient of fishes accumulated from different poisons ranged from 101. 80 to 71 210. 97. The canonical cor relation coefficients of t he variables of the contents of plumbum, arsenic and benzene hex achloride, chlorophennothane between fishes and ocean were 0. 784 and 0. 808 r espectiv ely. Positive correlation between them was shown ( ?? 2= 20. 994, P< 0. 01; ?? 2= 38. 017, P < 0. 01) . Conclusion?? The sanitary quality index es of all poisons w hich had been tested fell in t he normal ranges ex cept for nickel. The degrees of po isons accumulated among distinct fishes varied, show ing the relationship of medium positive correlation betw een the poison contents of fishes and the degree of the ocean pollut ion.
