Abstract:
      目的比较4种检测严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒(SARSCoV)基因、抗原和抗体的试剂盒在SARS患者早期实验室诊断的可能作用。方法用3种酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测SARSCoVIgG、SARSCoVIgM和SARSCoVN蛋白,用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FPCR)检测SARSCoV核酸。结果根据162份血清的检测结果,发病1-5天,N抗原的阳性率可达90.2%(55/61);发病后的第15-18天IgG和IgM阳性率为92.8%(13/14);根据82份咽拭子的检测结果,FPCR法在发病后1-5天的阳性率可达56.3%(14/24),6-9天可达71.4%(10/14)。结论除了检测SARSCoV病毒基因的FPCR方法以外,对疑似患者血清标本进行N蛋白的检测,具有早期预报意义。
English Abstract:
      Objective .. To compare the 4 test kits on sever e acute r espiratory syndrome coronav irus ( SARS..CoV) gene, antig en and antibody for ear ly diagnose of SARS patients. Methods .. T hree enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) kits were used to detect SARS..CoV IgG, I gM and N pr otein and fluorescent polymerase chain reaction ( F..PCR) kit w as used to detect SARS..CoV RNA. Results .. In 162 serum samples, 90. 2%( 55/ 61) became N protein positive in 1..5 days and 92. 8%( 13/ 14) became posit ive IgM and IgG in 15..18 days after the onset of disease, r espectiv ely. On 82 gor gling samples, the posit ive r ates of F..PCR w ere 56. 3% ( 14/ 24) in 1..5 days and 71. 4% ( 10/ 14 ) in 6..9 days after the onset. Conclusion.. Other than F..PCR, N protein had good effect in the early detect ion on dubious patients which could lead to effective prevent ion and co ntrol o f the epidemic.
