| 目的 分析云南省部分地区3~18岁人群先天性心脏病的现状和分布特点。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,2001年9月至2003年9月对云南西双版纳州、大理州、保山龙陵、潞西市、个旧地区48 638名3~18岁人群进行横断面流行病学调查。结果 先天性心脏病总患病率为5.08‰,男性为5.09‰,女性为5.07‰。不同地区的患病率西双版纳州为2.75‰,大理州为7.85‰,保山龙陵为9.59‰,个旧市为4.80‰,潞西市五岔路为16.99‰。同一区域不同人群患病率,个旧市区患病率3.25‰,矿区中老厂锡矿为9.10‰,大屯选厂为11.20‰,保山龙陵城区患病率为5.74‰,农村为11.35‰,大理城市患病率为4.90‰,农村为8.71‰,西双版纳城市为1.69‰,农村为4.40‰。不同民族患病率,傣族为5.39‰,基诺族为6.83‰,哈尼族为 0‰,白族为8.12‰,景颇族为14.18‰。结论云南省先天性心脏病存在区域性、民族差异性,与国内报道有明显差异。 |
| English Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the distribution of congenital heart disease(CHD)aged 3-18 in several regions of Yunnan province.Methods Cross-rectional studies were carried out among 48638 children from Xishuangbanna,Dali, Baoshan Longling,Luxi Mang shi and Gejiu in Yunnan province with tratified, clustered sampling .Results The overall mo rbidity o f CHD was 5.08‰ with 5.09 ‰ in males and 5.07 ‰ in females.Morbidity rates in different regions were 2.75 ‰ in Xishuangbanna,7.85 ‰ in Dali,9 .59‰ in Baoshan Longling,4.80 ‰ in Gejiu, 16 .99‰ in Luxi Wuchalu .However,in the same area,rates were different among different residents:3.25‰ in Gejiu,and was 9.10‰ in Laochang stannum mine,11.20 ‰ in Datunxuanchang;5.74 ‰ at the city of Baoshan Lo ngling,11 .35 ‰ at country side ;4 .90‰ at the city of Dali, 8 .71 ‰ at countryside;1.69 ‰ at the city of Xishuangbanna,4 .40‰ at country .Morbidity rates in different ethnic groups were as follows:5.39 ‰ in Dai,6.83‰ in Jinuo,0‰ in Hani,8.12‰ in Bai,14.18‰ in Jing po.Conclusion There were significant regional and ethnic differences seen in Yunnan on the mobidity of CHD which was different from the domestic literature reported. |
