| 目的分析《中华流行病学杂志》近7年各项期刊被引用计量指标及学术质量和影响力。方法检索该刊1999-2005年载文中述评、原著论文、论文摘要、综述等,并对作者来源地区、载文及引文信息进行统计分析,对标志杂志学术质量及影响力的总被引频次、影响因子、即年指标、他引总引比、基金项目等指标进行综合比对。结果该刊1999-2005年载文中作者来自全国26-31个省(直辖市);大部分作者来自国内医学相关高等院校、省及省级以上科研和疾病预防控制机构,论文比为0．60-0.77;年度载文量由206篇增加到367篇;信息充分度由2．0增加到2．8,信息量略有下降;年度参考文献量由575条增加到2992条,外文引文能力由46．1％增加到77．4％;7年内学术质量及影响力略有波动,但各指标一直维持在国内较高水平。结论该刊作者群覆盖地区较广;年度载文量和信息充分度增加;引文能力呈自然状态,基本稳定,外文引文能力逐年增加;目前该刊学术质量在国内同类期刊中处于较高水平。 |

| Objective The Chinese Journal of Epidemiology is a key journal in the research field of preventive medicine in China. In order to evaluate the journal, including the number of pages, the number of papers in each issue, institutions of the authors, sources of funding, influencing factors, immediacy index, statuses of the articles' references and listing of them being cited some facts were surveyed. Methods The number of pages of each issue, the number of papers in every volume, and citations were quantitatively analyzed. Funding, impact factor, immediacy index, citations and organizations of the authors were analyzed. Results During the seven years from 1999- 2005,the Chinese authors were distributed in 29 of the 31 provinces and cities in China. 60% in 1999 to 77% in 2004 of the authors were working in medical universities,medical colleges or Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at different levels. The number of articles cited in the seven years were 575,1051,1158,1209,3127,2992 and 2711, respectively. The number of papers published were 206,231,235,226,495,434 and 367, while impact factors of the journal were 0.994,0.826, 0.560,0.607, 1.293 and 0.998, respectively. Conclusion The Chinese Journal of Epidemiology is well-known and recognized as one of the medical journals with highest academic quality, in China. It reflects the progress of epidemiological research in the country. |
