Abstract:

猪链球菌是一种人兽共患病原菌,呈世界性分布,其中以北欧和东南亚地区最为突出.自20世纪50年代人们首次发现猪链球菌以来,世界各地均发生因感染猪链球菌而导致大量猪死亡的报道,特别是在养猪业较为发达的国家和地区,如荷兰和英国.因此,该病严重影响了各国养猪业的发展.直到1968年,Perch等[1]在丹麦首次报道了猪链球菌感染人的病例之后,相继又在欧洲、亚洲、澳大利亚、拉丁美洲等部分国家发现猪链球菌感染人的病例.统计数字表明,截止1989年,世界发生人-猪链球菌感染引发的脑膜炎病例共108例[2].近几年来,人-猪链球菌感染病例明显上升.
