| 目前,对鼠疫菌的形态检查及搜寻均依靠非特异性的染色法,而鼠疫菌的形态在很多种情况下具有多变性,两极浓染的革兰阴性菌亦非鼠疫菌所特有的特征.因此,易造成假阳性而致误诊.辣根过氧化物酶结合鼠疫F1单克隆抗体(HRP-F1McAb)免疫染色法解决了上述弊端. …… |
