| 正我国流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)的暴发与流行主要由A群和C群引起,W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌在本世纪初曾引起暴发与流行。目前我国仅从健康人群中分离到W135菌株。我们对健康人群分离的W135群菌株进行多位点序列基因型(MLST)、PorA基因亚型和多位点串联重复序列分析(MLVA)基因特征分析,并与致病性W135群菌株的基因特征进行比较,初步探讨我国W135群菌株是否具有致病性。 |
