| 研究表明，存在于DNA修复基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)可能与个体的DNA修复能力有关，且可能导致不同个体疾病遗传易感性的差异.XPC(xeroderma pigmentosum group C)基因是核苷酸切除修复系统的重要成员，定位于染色体3p25，其第8外显子C/T、第9内含子PAT-/+及第15外显子A/C多态可能与肺、头颈部等多个部位肿瘤的发病风险有关[1，2]。 |
