| 道路交通伤害是指车辆在公用道路行驶的过程中，因违章行为或过失而造成人身伤亡或者经济损失的变故与灾祸[1]。据WHO预测，如果不采取有效的预防控制措施，预计在世界各国特别是中低收入国家道路交通伤害的致死人数将会大幅度增加，至2020年，车祸导致的伤害和死亡数字将上升65%，并且在全球疾病负担中的位次将上升到第3位[2]。因此，分析行人和非机动车驾驶人的交通需求，采取相应的安全措施，改善交通环境，保障交通安全，是道路交通安全工作非常重要的一项任务。 |
