| 脑卒中后痴呆(PSD)泛指脑卒中3个月后发牛的痴呆[1];包括血管性痴呆(VD),混合性痴呆和阿尔茨海默病(AD)[2].由于混合件痴呆及脑卒中后AD目前尚无统一的临床诊断标准,因此,本研究仅对新疆维吾尔族(维族)和汉族≥50岁人群脑卒中及VD的流行病学调查结果进行分析. |
