| Abstract: |
| 神经管缺陷(neural tube defects，NTDs)发生率位居各类出生缺陷前列，一直被视为重要的公共卫生问题。实施孕妇血清学筛查和超声诊断等的NTDs二级预防措施可有效降低NTDs发生率，但终止妊娠可给孕妇带来不同程度的身体和精神损害。自20世纪90年代以来，世界许多国家与地区致力于推广育龄妇女增补叶酸等的一级预防干预措施。本文对国内外NTDs一级预防措施研究与实施现况及其存在问题综述如下。 |
