Abstract:
      传染病具有暴发突然、传播迅速、传播范围广泛和不明原因暴发等特点,应用传统诊断和流行病学方法难以做到迅速有效的应急处置。基因芯片因其高通量、快速、灵敏、特异和简便的特点,在传染病诊断和鉴别诊断、病原生物遗传多样性分析、菌株溯源以及进化等方面广泛应用,为传染病预防和控制提供了重要保障。本文对基因芯片在传染病诊断和分子流行病学研究领域中的应用加以综述。
