Abstract:
      喹诺酮类抗菌药物是极易容易产生耐药性的药物之一。随着其在临床和畜牧养贿业的广泛应用,耐药性问题越来越受到普遍关注。除染色体突变引起的喹诺酮耐药外,质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药也取得了很大进展。本文就近年来有关质粒介导引起细菌对喹诺酮药物敏感性降低的研究简单概述如下。
