| 海南省总人口819万，有近百万人未脱离贫困。妇幼医疗救助是卫生Ⅸ项目中改善贫困人口妇幼卫生服务利用的一项重要内容，项目以"改善特困家庭中孕产妇和5岁以下儿童卫生服务的经济可及性，提高基层妇幼卫生服务和管理能力"为目标。现就项目的实施效果进行评价。 |
