| 目的用连续横断面调查和BED．捕获酶联试验(BED-cE认)估算重庆市男男性行为(MsM)人群中HIV-1的发病率及其变化趋势。方法利用“滚雪球”和“方便抽样”方法招募得到样本，用BED-CEIA进行HIV-1新近感染检测，并根据标准公式和2种校正公式估算该人群2006——2008年连续3年的发病率；比较不同抽样场所和不同年龄组所得结果，进行发病率的分层分析。结果2006-2008年调查人数分别为1000、1044和945，HIV-1年感染发病率分别为7．01％、7．98％和7．80％。不同采样场所的HIV-1感染发病率差异有统计学意义，2007年和2008年MSM发病率最高的人群分别来自浴室和通过网络寻找性伴的MSM，分别达到17．87％和12．22％；2008年2l～25岁年龄组HIV-1发病率最高，达8．69％；不同方法的校正降低了对发病率的估计。结论重庆市MSM人群HIV-I新发感染维持在较高水平，但连续3年的发病率经校正后上升趋势不明显。 |

| objective To estimate HIVl incidence among men who have sex with meIl(MSM)in Chongqing and to provide reasonable evidence for intervention strategy．Methods Using“snowballing”and convenient sampling．2989 MSM were recruited during 2006-2008．BED．CEIA was applied to the lefiover blood samples to estimate the crude and usted HIVl incidence rates．Incidence Was stratified by venues and age groups．Results The incidence among MSM in Chongqing were 7．01％。7．98％and 7．80％from 2006——2008 respectively with statistically significant differences by venues．The highest incidence was found among those who frequently visiting public baths／sauna and those MSM who find sex paaners through intemet．amounting to l 7．87％and 1 2．22％ respectively in 2007 and 2008．The 21-25 year-old group had the highest incidence in 2008，reaching 8．69％．Various adjustments brought down the estimated incidence across the three years．Conclusion HIV-1 incidenee among MSM maintained at a high level across the three years but without an increasing trend． |
