川崎病是一种原因不明的以全身血管炎性病变为主的发热性疾病，好发于5岁以下儿童，易并发冠状动脉病变(CAL)。近年来日本、美国学者报道^[1]，川崎病已成为儿童后天性心脏病的主要原因。
