对2005-2008年江西省流脑暴发、常规监测中分离的79株C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)和多位点测序(MLST)分析,描述江西省C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌的菌型分布和变迁,从分子水平了解其流行特征.
