| 健康动物肠道共生的大肠埃希茵是人类和动物条件致病菌，随着β一内酰胺类抗生素在临床及畜牧养殖行业的大量应用，大肠埃希菌耐药菌逐渐增加。共生的大肠埃希菌可以引起或通过携带的耐药基因传播给致病性更强的菌株，从而引起动物和人类的相_芙感染，因此研究产质粒型AmpC型β一内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌流行情况具有一定的实用价值，本研究主要分析质粒型blaAmpc在健康鸡共生的大肠埃希菌中的流行情况及其基因型别。 |
