Abstract:

我国妇女妊娠期贫血患病率在20％以上，2003年在南方经济发达地Ⅸ婚前医学检查妇女的贫血患病率仍在25％以上。而农村地区有78.9％～84.1％的妇女在登记结婚后一年内受孕，在北方和经济欠发达地区这一比例可能更高。因此有些妊娠贫血可能是孕前期(孕前)贫血的延续和发展。
