Abstract:
      毒品滥用问题总在不断地变化.在我国,毒品的滥用经历了三大阶段~([1]):鸦片流行期、海洛因流行期和新型毒品流行期.目前,正处于海洛因流行与新型毒品流行共存,并逐渐显示出新型毒品占优势地位的阶段.
