Abstract:
      我国在“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项“十一五”计划中明确提出“减少艾滋病病毒新近感染人数, 降低艾滋病新发感染率”的目标, 其评估的必要手段是进行HIV新近感染检测, 估算HIV新发感染率并观察其动态变化趋势, 估计HIV新近感染人数及比例。
