Abstract:
      戊型肝炎(戊肝)，发病率逐年递增，病死率1—4%，对食品从业人员、孕妇、慢性肝病患者、串老年人等特定人群危害尤其严重。随着2009年《中华人民共和国食品安全法实施条例》、《戊型病毒性肝炎诊疗规范》的制定出台，戊肝的危害已引起高度重视。
