Abstract:

孕产妇死亡率(maternalmortalityratio，MMR)至今在全球诸多地区仍高居不下。据WHO估计，全球每年约529 000名孕产妇在妊娠、分娩或产后期死亡?。每分钟全球就有1名妇女死于与妊娠或分娩有关的并发症，并且几乎99％的孕产妇死亡在发展中国家，其中有88％一98％的孕产妇死亡是可以避免的担j，这使得MMR成为发达国家与发展中国家之间差异最大的卫生指标。
