| 目的 探讨欧洲心脏手术风险评估系统(EuroSCORE)对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉 介入(PCI)治疗后院内病死率评估的价值。方法 回顾分析2005--2007年在浙江大学医学院附 属第一医院介入中心进行PCI治疗的1091例患者，用EuroSCORE评分系统对每名病例进行累积 EuroSCORE评分及logistic EuroSCORE评分方法 预测其院内病死率，比较实际死亡率与预测死亡 率的相关性，分析EuroSCORE评分及各危险闪素与院内病死率的相关性。结果 根据 EuroSCORE评分值分组，其中EuroSCORE累计评分0～2分为低危组，3～5分为中危组，≥6分 为高危组，3组病例实际死亡率分别为0％、0.47％和6.09％，与EuroSCORE累积分值明显相关 (P |

| 0bjective To investigate the efficiency of European System for Cardiac Operative Risk Evaluation(EuroSCORE)in predicting in.hospital mortality for the patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the patients who had undergone PCI in our hospital since year 2005 to 2007.Wj used both cumulative EuroSCORE score and logistic EuroSCORE to predict the in.hospital morality and to analyze the correlation between the predicted mortality and the actual mortality.Results According to the additive EuroSCORE.we divided the patients into three groups，the additive EuroSCORE 0-2 were divided into low-risk group.3-5 were divided into mid-risk group and≥6 into hi【gh-risk group.
