| 异烟肼(INH)和利福平(RFP)是抗结核药中的一线药物,近年来出现了大蟹耐药结核分枝杆菌,在中国INH耐药率高达17．6％。INH耐药相关的最主要基因为katG,其次为inhA、ahpC和inhA94。为了解深圳地区INH耐药流行株的主要基因突变类型,本研究对深圳地区303株结核分枝杆菌的katG、inhA、oxyR-ahpC基因进行序列分析。 |
