| 有机氯化合物可通过食物链的生物富集作用放大。经皮肤、呼吸道和消化道进入体内,十扰正常分泌物的合成、释放、运转、代谢、结合等过程,激活或抑制内分泌系统功能,属于环境内分泌干扰物(endocilne disrupting chemicals),是多种恶性肿瘤的危险因素。 |
