Abstract:
      志贺菌属(Shigella)频繁出现耐药菌株,严重影响临床治疗的疗效.近年研究发现整合子-耐药基因盒与志贺菌属的耐药性有关[1],为探索志贺菌属多重耐药株携带整合子的序列结构特点,本研究对多重耐药志贺菌株的1类和2类整合子-耐药基因盒进行PCR扩增和序列分析.
