Abstract:
      流感监测是第一个实施全球监测的传染病，这是由流感本身的特点决定的，流感具有三个典型特点：一是流感病毒传染性和传播力非常强，一个新的流感病毒从出现到传遍全球，时间往往不会超过半年。二是流感病毒为分节段的RNA病毒，没有纠错功能，并且容易发生重配，这样流感病毒就很容易变异
