Abstract:

抗反转录治疗(ART)在降低HIv二1感染者并发症和艾滋病患者死亡率的同时，也促进了HIV-1耐药株的发生。耐药株有可能传播到新感染人群，从而使尚未开始治疗的HIV感染者携带HIV耐药株，导致以后的抗病毒治疗产生困难。本研究于2009年在云南省德宏州开展了HIv二1耐药警戒线调查。
