Abstract:

随着我国人群生活水平的提高和平均寿命延长，人口老龄化及由此产生的老龄问题对社会服务需求提出了新挑战。南通市人口老龄化特征明显，2000年t>65岁人口比例为12．4％，大大高于同期江苏省(8．8％)和全国(7％)的水平，与世界发达国家(14％)的水平差距不远。预测到2015年，南通市老年人口比例将达到17．9％，可能成为人口老龄化程度最严重的地区之一?。本调查以南通市部分老年人为研究对象，了解该人群的养老服务需求，为有关部门提供基础信息。
