在现代社会中,心血管疾病已成为危害人类健康的最主要疾病.2005年WHO的报告指出[1],心血管疾病是世界上排名首位的死因,导致世界范围内约30％的死亡.而在中国,心血管疾病所带来的威胁更为严重,卫生部2010年统计年鉴数据显示,2009年心血管疾病导致我国约40％的死亡[2].
