Abstract:
      循证医学是基于现有最好的证据进行决策的学问[1,2],循证医学最终必须通过医学工作者的实践活动才能实现,这就需要医学实践者敏于发现问题,并能够根据问题的需要检索、收集、整理和评估有关文献,这正是早期循证医学强调的重点.
