| 柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CAl6)是引起手足El病的常见病原之一，与另一种手足口病的致病原--人肠道病毒7l型(EV71)相比，CAl6所致手足口病症状相对较轻?。近几年研究发现，CAl6感染可能引起严重并发症、21，偶尔引起新生儿死亡。本研究对20lo年从南京地区分离的CAl6进行VPl区序列测定和分析，以了解CAl6的流行情况及分子生物学特征。 |
