Abstract:

结核病近年来随着流动人口的增加、艾滋病的蔓延及耐多药结核病的出现,在全球范围内呈现死灰复燃趋势,成为全球健康紧急事件.我国是全球22个结核病高负担国家之一,估算现有活动性肺结核患者150万,每年新发肺结核患者100万,2010年网络直报系统报告的肺结核发病数居法定甲乙类传染病的第二位.影响结核病的发病因素众多,各因素之间交互作用非常复杂,本文从菌株、宿主、环境三方面综述结核病发病的相关危险因素,以便采取针对性的措施控制肺结核疫情.
