| 目的探讨武汉市某区流动人口育龄妇女抑郁现况及社会支持情况，并探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样，使用抑郁量表(CES．D)和社会支持评定量表，以面对面结构式访谈形式对武汉市某区流动人口育龄妇女进行抑郁现况、社会支持情况及抑郁影响因素调查。结果调查地区316例流动人口育龄妇女抑郁症状检出率为32．3%，CES-D评分为(13．34±7．15)分。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示：压力很大(OR=4．010，95%C1：1．672～9．617)、有负性生活事件(OR=2．050，95%C1：1．170～3．591)、邻居从不关心(OR=2．537，95%C1：1．053。6．113)、对健康不满意(OR=4．247，95%C1：1．521～1 1．855)、一般满意(OR=2．41l，95%CI：1．11 1-5．233)为可能危险因素。抑郁组与非抑郁组在社会支持总分、客观社会支持、支持利用度三个方面差异有统计学意义(P=0．003；P=0．001；P=0．001)。结论武汉市某区流动人口育龄妇女抑郁症状检出率较高，邻居关心程度、有无负性生活事件、健康自评情况、压力情况和社会支持情况是影响流动人口育龄妇女抑郁症状的主要因素。 |

| 0bjective To understand factors as social support,situation of depression and related risk factors among migrant women of reproductive age in some areas of Wullall．Methods
Cluster sampling method and face．to．faca interview with structured questionnaire were used to investigate 3 l 6 migrant women in Wuhan．Results The overall prevalence rate of depression was 32-3%．Results from binary logistic regression analysis showed that factors as：under pressure(0R=4．010,95%CI：1．672-9．617),having had negative life events(OR=2．050．95%CI：1．170-3．591)or tight relations with neighbors(OR=2．537,95%CI：1．053-6．113),not quite satisfied(OR=4．247．95%CI,：1．52l-II．855)or satisfied(0R=2．4ll,95%CI：1.111-5．233)．on his/her own health status etc．．might serve as the possible risk factors for depression．In scores related to social support．and the utilization of such support．there were statistically significant differences seen between the groups with
depression and the one without．Conclusion The prevalence of depression among migrant women of reproductive age appeared to be high in some areas orl Wuhan．Factors as：under pressure,having had negative life events．tight relations with neighbors．status on satisfaction of one’S own health situation as well as related social support．seemed to be the main risk factors for depression in this populaton． |
