Abstract:
      目的探讨新疆维吾尔(维)族、哈萨克(哈)族和汉族糖尿病前期人群血清尿酸水 平、血压和血脂异常,分析代谢综合征和肥胖的分布。方法对30一80岁2053名维族、2219名哈 族和2656名汉族居民进行糖尿病前期筛查,分析三组糖尿病前期人群代谢特点及比较组间差 异。结果(1)共筛查出糖尿病前期患者1934例(28.3%),其中维族患病率最高(31.6%),哈族最 低(25.5%),汉族居中(27.O%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.00);(2)糖尿病前期患者高低 密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症比例高达80.5%,高尿酸血症患病率为30.3%,代谢综合征患病率为 58.3%,三组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)糖尿病前期患者88.o%合并有高血压及高血 压前期,其中哈族最高(96.8%),维族为85.1%,汉族为83.7%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(z2= 59.959,P-----0.00);(4)糖尿病前期患者合并肥胖总体为35.4%,汉族为29.6%,维族为36.8%,哈族 为41.o%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(f=19.097,P=0.00)。结论新疆维族、哈族和汉族人群 糖尿病前期患病率存在差异,以维族人群最高;糖尿病前期人群中普遍存在血脂异常、高血压、高 尿酸、代谢综合征及肥胖,其中哈族人群高血压患病率最高,维族人群肥胖患病率最高。
English Abstract:
      Objective To explore the levels of uric acid,blood pressure,serum 1.ipiid metabolic disorders and the distrfibution of obesity and metabolic syndr:ome(MS)among Uygnr.Han and Kazak pre-diabetic groups i[11 Xinjiang.Methads Across—sectional study was conducted on 2053 Uygur residents,22 l 9 Kazak residents and 2656 Han residents aged 30—80.all wiith prediabectic syndromes,.The pre--dialectic patients were divided into three groups for analysis on metabolic features and inter-group comparisons.Results (1)In totall,1934 pre-diabetic cases(28.3%)were diagnosed. with the highest prevalence(31.6%)seen jin Uygurs and thetowest(25.5%):in Kazaks and medium (27.0%)j[11 Hans.Data from the inter-group comparison showed statistically significant di:fferences (P=0.00).(2)Prevalence of high LDL-C was 80.5%.with hyperuricemia as 30.3%and MS as 58.3%,while the inter-group comparison did not show any statisticalty significant differences(P> 0.05).(3)Prevalence of pre-diabetic when combined with hypertension or earlier-stage hypertension. reached 88.0%,with the highest(96.8%)among Kazak group,85.1%j111 Uygurs and 83.7%jin Han population.Data from the inter-group comparison showed statistically significant difference(59.959. P=0.00).(4)The overall prevalence ofprediabectic.when combined with obesity was 35./1%.wiith 29.6%in Han,36.8%i11 Uygur and 41.0%in Kazak groups.D,ata from the inter-group comparison showed statistically significant di.fference 2=19.097,P=0.00).Clondusion According to Results from this cross-sectional study regarding the metabolic fe,atures of Uygur,Kazak and Han prediab,lectic groups,differences were seen in the prevalence rates of pre.-diabetic among Uygur Conclusion Kazak and Han ethnic groups,wiith the highest seen in Uygurs and the lowest i111 Kazaks.Hyperlipidemia,hypertension,hyperuricemia,MS and obesity were commonly seen in all the prediabectic groups,with the highest preva.1ence of hype.rtension seen in the Kazak group and the highest rate ofobesity in Uygur group.
