Abstract: |
目的探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)a/8/l,多态性及单体型与C反应蛋白(CRP)的关联,并分析单体型和体重异常的交互作用对CR.P的影响。方法在“江苏省多代谢异常和代谢综合征综合防治研究队列人群”的基础上,采用单纯随机抽样方法,选取644名研究对象。应用方差和检验,以线性回归模型分析单核苷酸多态性(SNP)基因型与CRP水平的关联。采用SNPStats软件对PPAR-i个亚型SNP分别构建单体型,并分析单体型与体重异常的交互作用对CRP水平的影响。结果调整性别、年龄、血压、吸烟和饮酒等因素后,rsl800206和rs9794与CRP水平有显著关联(P<0.05)。调整相同因素后,PPARa中AVG和CVG两个单体型、PPAR8中CG单体型与CRP水平升高有关(P<0.05);PPARfi中CC单体型、PPAR了中CPCAC单体型与CRP水平降低有关(P结论PPAR多个SNP及其单体型与CRP有显著关联;PPARa/8单体型与体重异常存在交互作用并对CRP水平产生影响。 |

Objective To confirm the clinically suspected pertussis cases(<1 years old) through laboratory Methads From December,201 1 to December,2012,patients with clinically suspected pertussis from Xi’all Children’S Hospital were sampled,with their nasopharyngeal swabs collected.blood samples cultured and pertussis toxin IgG detected bv PCR.Results were analyzed.using SPSS 16.0 soRware.Results 100 out ofthe 148 cases were laboratorially confirmed. 3,88 and 34 cases were positive,through culture,PCR or pertussis toxin IgG respectively.22 cases were both PCR and pertussis toxin IgG positive.There were significant differences between the results of IS481 PCR.days from the onset of symptoms(P<0.01)and results of PT-IgG with the days from onset of symptoms(P<0.0 1).Conclusion Since the sensitivity of culture on pertussis was lOW, diagnosis on the disease should be linked to the results from PCR.PT-IgG and the days from onset of symptoms. |
