Abstract:

结肠直肠癌(CRC)在全球的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。2000年CRC新增病例94．5万，2008年达到120万，平均年增加3．37％；2000年死亡病例数为49．2万，2008年达到60．9万，年均增加2．97％。2008年全球范围内CRC列男性常见肿瘤第三位，而在女性中居第二位b1。同时我国CRC发病率也呈快速上升趋势。41。2000年CRC在我国恶性肿瘤发病率中居第五位，于2007年上升至第三位。
